If any frame component — ribs, runner, stretcher, spring, shaft — breaks within 10 years of purchase, we ship the replacement part free of charge, postage included. You swap it yourself in minutes with a screwdriver.
The canopy is user-replaceable too; replacement canopies are sold separately.
To claim a part, email warranty@lastbrella.com with your order number and a photo of the broken component.
