Replacing a rib

1. Open the umbrella halfway and lay it on a table
2. Unscrew the rib pivot bolt
3. Slide the old rib out, slide the new one in
4. Tighten — done

Swapping the canopy

1. Unscrew the top cap
2. Lift the old canopy off the rib tips
3. Seat the new canopy, re-fit the cap
